No. There is no fee for services, as our organization is completely volunteer-led. We neither expect nor accept payment for any assistance we provide.
We currently serve the towns of Franklin, Tilton and Northfield but we hope to be expanding to other communities as our volunteer network grows.
Yes. If you or someone you know is unable to care for their pets due to an unforeseen health or medical situation, please contact us. We can only help if we know there is a need.
No. We are not an emergency service and we cannot guarantee availability of assistance. Because we are completely volunteer-based, our ability to help depends on the availability of our volunteers. However, once we commit to providing services for a client, we honor that commitment.
Anyone in the community can contact us about a family member, friend, or neighbor who might need assistance with their pets. We also seek referrals from community service providers to identify residents who are unable to care for their pets. These include local home health agencies, EMS providers, hospitals, veterinary services, Meals on Wheels, food pantries, and senior centers.
