There is no fee for services, as our organization is completely volunteer-led. We neither expect nor accept payment for any assistance we provide.
We currently serve the towns of Franklin, Tilton and Northfield but we hope to be expanding to other communities as our volunteer network grows.
To ensure we are serving those most in need in our communities, our clients must be referred to us by other service providers or organizations that have identified the needs and gaps in services experienced by those individuals.
We are not an emergency service and we cannot guarantee availability of assistance. Because we are completely volunteer-based, our ability to help will be reliant on the availability of our volunteers. We promise to do our best to help when we can, with what we can.
We seek referrals from those providers in our communities who are most able to identify our vulnerable neighbors. These include local home health agencies, EMS providers, hospital providers, veterinary services, Meals on Wheels, food pantries, and senior centers.
